Many developmental frameworks and improvement programs, although widely accepted and revered in the world of business, are incomplete, one-sided, or fragmented in their approach. Some focus exclusively on personal behaviors while ignoring organizational culture. Others focus on whole system strategies while excluding emotional or social intelligence altogether. In doing so, they tend to create a limited or distorted understanding of self, others and systems that results in partial or inappropriate solutions to problems.
For The Poling Group, "integral" is both the goal and means to development. It is our direct experience and professional opinion that Integral Leadership is best developed in ways that are themselves “integral”. We've also learned that most business and organizational issues are best resolved in an "integral" manner.

Our approach fully engages the four major domains of leadership and business, including: 1) Performance, 2) Relationships, 3) Systems and 4) Self. We integrate cutting-edge methodologies that are empirical, inter-subjective, techno-economical and existential in nature to ensure that our assessments, recommendations and solutions are comprehensive and unified.
We are also deliberate and methodical in our use of tools and practices that achieve multiple outcomes, including: 1) Wisdom, 2) Integrity, 3) Effectiveness, and 4) Fulfillment, for the leaders and organizations we serve.
Our approach is best suited for business executives and senior leadership teams with a commitment to learning and a discipline for execution. And, our approach to organization development is most relevant for teams and organizations that value honesty, collaboration, innovation and follow-through.
