Members of The Poling Group are individual consultants and coaches who share a common approach. All of our lead coaches and consultants have advanced degrees and no less than 10 years professional experience. We provide practical and proven expertise in business management, leadership, organizational behavior and development, executive coaching and counseling, adult learning and teaching. We have also worked across a multitude of sectors and settings including financial services, retail, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, high-tech, aerospace, automotive, non-profit and education.
